According to Radio Times, the BBC/UKTV crime drama Annika will not return after two seasons. The decision ends the series on an unresolved cliffhanger.

A UKTV spokesperson commented, “We are incredibly proud of the success of Annika on U&Alibi, but there are no current plans for a third series.”
