Austin welcomes a new culinary spot, 'Little Ramen Tatsu-Ya,' opening on The Drag, promising authentic Japanese street food tailored for students and locals alike. Notably, artist Michael Sieben crafted a striking dragon mural for the exterior—symbolic of Aikawa's Japanese name meaning 'dragon'—with a creative design depicting a dragon’s head spewing noodles, adding a playful touch to the storefront. Sieben, an alumnus of the University of Texas, expressed pride in contributing to a project close to his heart, situated near his college campus.
