In his first media appearance as a member of the Las Vegas Raiders, Brian Stark kept returning to a single theme: efficiency.
As the team's assistant general manager, Stark described his role as streamlining decisions and providing clarity for those around him. He said the work is about organizing information and presenting strong recommendations to speed the decision-making process.
Background and Experience
Stark brings 13 years of scouting experience from the Denver Broncos, including three seasons working alongside the Raiders’ general manager, John Spytek. He called it a “special” opportunity to reconnect with Spytek and continue conversations they began in Denver.
His time with the Broncos included notable highs and lows. From 2011–2015, Denver captured five straight division titles, reached two AFC Championship games and won Super Bowl 50. The organization also endured seven consecutive losing seasons and several coaching and front-office changes.
