West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected in Ohio’s Ashtabula Lakeshore and Lake Counties and in Northern Erie County, Pennsylvania. Gusty winds may move unsecured objects, bring down tree limbs, and cause isolated power outages.
Drivers—especially operators of high-profile vehicles—should use extra caution, as strong gusts can make travel difficult.
