Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Conan Gray took part in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month, delivering a special live rendition of his track "Actor" and an exclusive cover of Chappell Roan’s "The Subway."
Live Lounge Month 2025 brings a month-long lineup of major artists performing stripped-back originals and standout covers, with Gray among the featured acts.
The Live Lounge appearance caps off a breakout year for Conan. Since releasing his album Wishbone, he has become a viral presence online, including a widely shared moment as “Sally” during Role Model’s Gov Ball set.
Gray also appeared on the big screen as Charli XCX’s “Apple Girl,” played Reading and Leeds festivals, and surprised fans at Poland’s Open’er Festival with a live rendition of "Vodka Cranberry."
Wishbone is Gray’s highest-charting UK album to date, reaching number two on the charts. The record includes singles such as "This Song," "Vodka Cranberry," and "Actor," which have been fixtures on Radio 1’s playlist.
