Preseason Game Highlights: Cowboys vs. Ravens
ARLINGTON, TX — New head coach Brian Schottenheimer is still establishing a tougher identity in Dallas, but Thursday night’s 31-13 preseason defeat to the Baltimore Ravens underscored how much work remains.

Baltimore controlled the line of scrimmage and the clock, outgaining Dallas 399 yards to 176, running 79 plays to the Cowboys’ 47, and owning a 40:11–19:49 advantage in time of possession.
Quarterback Performances
Quarterback Joe Milton showed glimpses of potential in his second exhibition start but was inconsistent. He finished 9-of-18 for 122 yards — 49 of those on one deep completion — with one interception and a 48.8 passer rating.
The rushing attack offered little help, totaling 51 yards on 20 carries (2.5 yards per attempt). The Ravens ran 39 times for 148 yards (3.8 yards per carry).
In relief for Baltimore, Cooper Rush returned to Dallas and completed two-thirds of his passes for 198 yards, throwing one touchdown and two interceptions for a 68.5 passer rating.
