Cracker Barrel Celebrates Brand Refresh with Country-Themed Pop-Up
Cracker Barrel is marking a brand refresh with a country-themed pop-up on Thursday in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.
Event Details and Activities
The event opens at 10 a.m. on Gansevoort Plaza and runs until 6 p.m. Attendees can expect homestyle food, lawn games, line dancing and gingham accents that evoke classic roadside Americana.
Live Entertainment
Country star Jordan Davis is scheduled to appear at 1 p.m., adding to the day’s live entertainment.
New Visual Identity
The pop-up coincides with the chain’s new visual identity, unveiled this week. The familiar sign of a man in overalls sitting beside a barrel has been replaced by a simplified barrel-shaped logo that frames the restaurant’s name.
Updated Menu and Public Response
Cracker Barrel also launched an updated menu to mark more than 55 years in business.
CEO Julie Felss Masino told Good Morning America that managers who have seen the redesigned locations are eager to learn when their own stores will be refreshed, and that early reaction has been largely positive.
