Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Derrick Harmon was removed from Thursday's preseason game against the Carolina Panthers after suffering a knee injury.

The 22-year-old, a 2025 first-round pick out of Oregon, was taken off the field on a cart in the second quarter at Bank of America Stadium. Television coverage showed Harmon on the cart at the sideline, where he appeared visibly emotional.
