Empact Youth Services Celebrates Opening of Prosper House
The nonprofit, active since spring 2023, provides care for boys ages 11 to 17 who are in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Prosper House joins the existing Empact House and Inspire House and will eventually accommodate up to six young residents.
New Home as a Place of Hope and Stability
Co-founders described the new home as a place of renewed hope and stability for youth who have experienced trauma. They said the opening represents progress in Empact’s goal to offer safe, supportive and empowering environments in partnership with DHS.
