Crash in Dartmouth Results in Fatality
A Freetown woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on I-195 east in Dartmouth early Saturday, state police said.
Emergency Response
Massachusetts State Police and local emergency crews responded just before 3:30 a.m. near mile marker 21. Dartmouth Fire and EMS assisted officers at the scene.
Victim Details
Officials identified the driver as 36-year-old Crystal Mullins of Freetown. She was removed from the vehicle by first responders and later died from her injuries.
Injuries and Traffic Impact
A passenger in the car suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening, according to state police.
Traffic Reopening
I-195 east was closed temporarily and reopened to normal traffic by 6 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation by Massachusetts State Police.
