Indutrade AB to Acquire Danish Firm Scan Auto & Dybbroe Group A/S
Indutrade AB (IDDWF, IDTRY, INDT.ST), the Sweden-based industrial technology group, said Friday it has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Danish firm Scan Auto & Dybbroe Group A/S. The transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2025.
Recent Business Activities and Expectations
The acquisition is Indutrade’s seventh completed deal of 2025. Management expects the purchase to have a slightly positive effect on earnings per share.
