Ireland's Residential Property Prices Increase
Ireland's residential property prices rose 7.8% year-on-year in June, the Central Statistics Office said on Wednesday. The pace of increase was unchanged from May and continues a run of rising prices that began in February 2020.
Property Prices in Dublin
In Dublin, residential values increased 6.6% in June compared with a year earlier. Both house and apartment prices in the capital recorded the same 6.6% annual gain.
Outside Dublin
Outside Dublin, residential property prices were up 8.8% year-on-year in June.
