Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. CEO Donates Shares to Local Nonprofit

WARREN, N.J., Aug. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TVGN) announced that its founder and chief executive officer, Dr. Ryan Saadi, has transferred 10,000 of his personal common shares to the Opportunity Project, a Millburn, N.J.–based nonprofit serving people with brain injuries.

About the Opportunity Project

The Opportunity Project, established in 1993, has supported more than 600 individuals and their families through programs designed to promote independence, rebuild self‑esteem, and facilitate reintegration into community life. The organization operates a Clubhouse model that focuses on practical skills, peer support, and vocational development.
