For three consecutive weekends this month, Golden Gate Park has hosted massive music events that drew tens of thousands of fans.

Dead & Company’s series, the three-day Outside Lands festival and a Friday-night headline set by country star Zach Bryan transformed the park into a non-stop concert venue.
Local businesses reported a welcome economic lift from the influx of visitors. But residents living near the Polo Field say the benefits came with significant disruption.
Resident Concerns
"Parking has been the biggest issue for me," said Franco Fortin, who lives about a block from the Polo Field and relies on street parking. He recounted circling for roughly 30 minutes during Outside Lands and eventually leaving his car 12 blocks from home.
Neighbors described recurring traffic congestion, blocked driveways, and persistent noise during the events. City 311 logs show dozens of complaints reporting trash, blocked access and public urination near homes.
