MIAMI — ALTO Real Estate Funds announced the opening of Victoria’s Secret’s new flagship store on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road.
Relocating from a nearby location, the retailer signed a 12-year lease with ALTO, underlining the property’s strength and the global magnetism of Lincoln Road’s retail corridor.

ALTO acquired the retail asset four years ago amid the pandemic. The store’s launch, following roughly six months of renovation and preparation, is being hailed as a key milestone for both Victoria’s Secret and Miami’s retail resurgence.
